We accept returns so long as they are postmarked within 15 days of the day you receive the items. You will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of your return & you will receive an email notifying you that you been credited. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you prefer you can exchange the item instead. Please submit an order immediately to reserve that item & indicate in the comments that you would like it shipped in exchange for an item you are returning. Please also include a note in your return that you are exchanging for this item. If you're in a hurry to receive the item, it might be better to just submit it as an order & send your return for a credit card refund.
Items you may have for sale
We are always on the look out for unusual items and are interested in hearing from you if you have large quantise for sale. Please email us with a full description including quantity, condition and prices. Please include photographs if possible.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
Unfortunately we don't have a printed catalogue as many of our items are one off. You may wish to visit on our store in Exeter on Fore Street.

Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of products in our catalogue may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
